Baking

Yes - I am going to try my hand at baking. Why - bread is yummy.

Overview

Initial Steps/ current sophistication:

• Prep tools
• Put ingredients together
• Wait
• Move stuff around
• Wait
• Bake
• Do not over-bake/burn

What I Learned (to date)

Baking can be simple but there are lots of layers and ways to make it more complicated/ refined:

• It takes a good amount of time to get started
• I can follow a recipe
• not following a recipe leads to a waste and a mess (at this stage)
• I am already looking to optimize/minimize how many dishes I will need to clean when done.
